Early Childhood Education Assistance Program

The East Valley School District ECEAP offers

  • Free early childhood education
  • Free family assistance and support
  • Well-balanced, nutritious meals for all children
  • Several additional opportunities for the entire family
  • Transportation may be provided

Ages served:

East Valley currently serves three and four year olds, with priority given to children who turn 4 on or before August 31 of the enrolling year.

How do you enroll?

If you reside in one of the following school attendance areas, call the appropriate phone number for enrollment information.

  • Otis Orchards Elementary - 893-4125
  • Trent Elementary - 893-4123 or 893-4122
  • Trentwood Elementary - 927-3233

During the summer months, please call the East Valley School District Administration Office at 924-1830.

Who is eligible to enroll?

Ninety percent of the families in the program must be low-income and meet income guidelines as established by the federal government.

Parent involvement opportunities - from volunteering in the classroom to being a part of the Parent Group and/or Policy Council - make ECEAP your program.

If you would like to enroll in East Valley's ECEAP, please complete and return the following form to the East Valley School District Administration Office located at 12325 East Grace Avenue in Spokane Valley.
