Trent Elementary PAW Pride - A caring staff of over 55 individuals, working wonders with children every single day.
- A learning community, making every opportunity a chance to create success.
- Over 550 wonderful students (K-5) and 28 ECEAP students
- Free Fruits and Vegetable Grant that provides fresh produce for our daily consumption.
- School Improvement Team willing to try a new way of planning and processing purposeful learning activities for students, staff, and our community.
- A Pre-School program, ECEAP, with teachers who are getting our youngest learners ready for kindergarten and beyond.
- Read Well program: carefully researched, scheduled, and implemented by our two tireless Title teachers. Big gains in reading achievement have been made already for our primary students.
- A focus on RTI and providing interventions for students based on research and need.
- A full time Counselor providing learning opportunities for children to manage their behaviors.
- A school-wide discipline plan that focuses on student learning first.
- Positive behavior support focus on the school procedures and recognition programs.
- A support staff of paraeducators, kitchen and custodial employees who take pride in their work and in their school.
- A PTA group that is very active within our school and community.
- Parents who work hard to bring their children to school every day.
