FAQ
Where can I find my clock hours?
Hours earned prior to August 1, 2022 must be requested from the registrar ([email protected]) and will not show in your online account. Hours earned after August 1, 2022 may be found in your pdEnroller account.

What is the difference between a receipt, transcript, and certificated of participation?
A receipt is the verification of your financial transaction for either course registration or purchasing clock hours (not applicable to EVSD professional development offerings). A transcript (clock hour form) is your official signed document verifying the professional development hours you have earned. A certificate of participation verifies your attendance but cannot replace a clock hour form.

What happens if I am wait listed for an event?
The wait list is an automatic first-in, first-out queue. When a space becomes available, the first person on the wait list is emailed and has 24 hours to respond and complete his/her registration online. If he/she does not respond within 24 hours, the registration window expires and the next person in line will be notified. If the registration window closes but you still want to attend the event, you can register and be put on the wait list again.

Can I enroll myself in more than one course at a time?
No. You can only enroll in one course at a time.

Will my clock hours in pdEnroller be reported automatically to OSPI or my school district for recertification or salary placement?
NEWESD-Once your pay for clock hours in your pdEnroller account, those hours will automatically upload into your E-cert account the following day. You are responsible for getting the necessary documentation to your employer for your salary advancement.
EVSD-Once you complete the post course Program Evaluation (survey) for each course you attend, those hours will automatically upload into your E-cert account the following day. You are responsible for getting the necessary documentation to your employer for your salary advancement.
