Home-Based Schooling Options in East Valley School District No. 361

Washington law allows families to educate their children at home. All families who do so must notify their school district every year.

All East Valley School District families intending to home school are required by law to notify their neighborhood school district. The District provides an Intent to Home School form for this purpose. The completed form must be signed and delivered to the East Valley Administration Office located at 3830 N. Sullivan Road, Building 1, Spokane Valley, WA 99216 (either by mail or walk-in).

East Valley Parent Partnership supports home schooling families through classes, curricula, equipment and testing. Parents remain the primary instructional provider, with Parent Partnership Teachers providing guidance and support.

Parent Partnership provides a range of services and support as needed by parents wishing to teach their own children at home.

East Valley's Parent Partership Program is located at 12325 E. Grace Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99216.
