We are excited to share that the 2026 Variety Show is just around the corner, and we’re inviting all students the opportunity to participate in the audition process! This is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their unique talents, and we look forward to seeing what they’ve prepared.

Important Dates:
Act Submission Deadline & Audition Video Due: May 22nd
Show Rehearsal: June 8th
Date of Show: June 9th
Complete the Google Form including the needed components, such as your audition video, by May 15, 2026. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Variety Show Committee. If you don’t receive confirmation, please reach out to us at eastfarmsvarietyshow@gmail.com.

On behalf of the East Valley School District Board ofDirectors, we are pleased to share that following a thorough and thoughtful search process, the Board has chosen Dr. Mandi Rehn to serve as the next Superintendent of East Valley School District.
This decision comes after an extensive process that included a strong and highly qualified pool of candidates. We are grateful for the time, effort, and interest shown by each applicant who expressed a desire to serve the East Valley community.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our staff, families, and community members who participated in forums, provided feedback, and engaged in this important process. Your input played a vital role in helping guide the Board’s decision, and we value your continued partnership and support.
We look forward to sharing more information about our new Superintendent in the coming days and are excited to continue with the great work that is happening in EastValley School District.

Our very own East Farms Kitchen Manager, Krissy Deaton, is the race coordinator of the Rapid Rabbit fun run. The event will be held Sunday, March 22nd at 10:00AM at EVHS. Walkers and joggers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join. It's fun for the whole family!

Due to road conditions, all East Valley Schools will start 90 minutes late today and schools and buses will run on the late start schedule. Morning half-day Preschool and PEP are canceled for today. Full-day preschool will start 90 minutes late. Afternoon half-day preschool will run on the normal schedule. Thank you.
You're invited to a Family Fun Event sponsored by the East Valley Coalition being held this Saturday, December 13 from 11am until 3pm. It will be held at 12325 E Grace Lane in Spokane Valley. Shop the free resource closet, play games, work on crafts, and enjoy yummy snacks. Family portraits will be taken free of charge by Leo's Photography. We hope you can join us!
